The lashes are beautiful. They are exactly as pictured and described on the site. I do have some issues. First, the shipping took forever. I don't know if it was because of the shipping, or because I ordered a small amount. My lashes also were not shipped together. They came in two separate shipments. Which I didn't understand because I ordered them at the same time, but whatever. Second, the lashes were shipped in what looks like a poly mailer that is taped. up. This was a big no no. My first order came and one of the lash packages was so badly damaged that some of the lash were not in their proper place. The sales was very nice and apologized for the damaged lashes. She assured me that they will replace the lashes with my next order. Yes, I will be ordering again. It would be nice if the lashes are placed in something more sturdy for shipping.
